2. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Order Confirmation Terms

Important Notice: Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery model, placing an order on our store constitutes an initial request. Your order will only be processed and shipped after phone or WhatsApp confirmation with our customer support team.

3. Products & Pricing

  • All prices listed on our store are in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED).
  • We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or update specifications without prior notice.
  • We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Acceptance

The customer is responsible for providing a complete delivery address and a reachable phone number. Failure to answer the courier's calls or coordinate delivery may result in the automatic cancellation and return of the order.
